Daniel was absolutely fantastic to work with. The entire way through. At our first meeting, Daniel was friendly, not pushy & made it clear he understood what a commitment this would be for us (buying a house in the bay area = $$$$!). He gave us enough information to get started, and to not be overwhelmed with the process.
He worked at our pace (which was full-on & fast!), seeing as many houses as we were able to, meeting during the week or weekend. He set up a customized search on his website that sent us an email anytime a property popped up that fit our needs.

When it came to putting offers together, he helped us craft the most attractive ones we could and gave us feedback on the offers that weren't accepted (only 2 - and in this market, that's not a lot!).
Our 3rd offer was accepted on a place we are SO happy about and the whole house-buying process is finally done. Well, I say finally, but from start to finish it took just 2 months! Daniel was in daily communication with us, our loan company, and updated us frequently, even if it was just to say that he had no updates at the moment :-)

For any of our future purchases/sales, Daniel will be our man.

Daniel is an amazing Realtor... Not only was he very professional and attentive, he's very friendly and warm spirited. He helped my brother and I sell our fathers house after he passed... There were many speed bumps from the buyers lender throughout the process, but Daniel eased us that all will be ok and made sure that he stayed on top of it.

We've been working together the last 2-3 months to both sell my home in Morgan Hill and buy a new home in the San Jose area. He was very patient with me as this was my second time buying a home, first time selling.

He took the time to help me find the right house when it came to the requirements I was looking for. I don't know how he does it, but he keeps all this information in his head and he picks up on it quick -- the type of house I want, the areas, types of neighborhoods. Details matter, and this guy remembers all of them very well. This translates to very productive and efficient searches, and less wasted time.

He plans viewing/showing routes for new days often, seems like he knows the South Bay area very well because he comes up with routes quickly and efficiently, again saving time which I have little of these days.
